705 3rd Ave. S

Check out this beach bungalow with no HOA. Just 4 blocks to Main St. and just down the road from McLean park and the beach. Behind the home is very private with plenty of room for more parking, boat or RV. There is also a pond behind the home for views of pretty birds and turtles. Would be a great short term rental, since there is no HOA and plenty of backyard to play games, cookout and just chill. New paint, flooring and roof.
