Positioned along the quiet, coveted western stretches of Ocean Isle Beach within the sought-after oceanfront community of A Place at the Beach, this updated two-bedroom, two-full-bath residence offers a seamless blend of turnkey coastal living and proven portfolio performance. While typical residences within this oceanfront community offer only a bath and a half, this property features two full bathrooms - a significant structural advantage that directly elevates guest comfort, rental demand, and daily convenience. Refreshed throughout, the interior presents an effortless, move-in-ready atmosphere, complete with newly replaced kitchen appliances, durable LVP flooring, coastal finishes, and a private west-facing deck capturing ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Beyond the front door, the oceanfront community amenities deliver an authentic coastal lifestyle: a pristine oceanfront swimming pool, dedicated grilling areas set within landscaped grounds, private beach access with an outdoor rinse station, and convenient on-site laundry facilities. A compelling investment asset, the residence delivers a proven track record of strong performance, generating nearly 40k in gross revenue for 2025, and already surpassing that full-year benchmark in 2026 with strong advance bookings continuing to accumulate.
